Making Money Online - Long-Term Principle

A lot of folks view making money online as an activity akin to gathering berries. Get a berry here, get a berry there, get a whole motherlode of berries from where nobody has looked yet and get rich.

This is the wrong approach.

Andrew Carnegie, steel tycoon

As Andrew Carnegie said, "No man becomes rich unless he enriches others." You are only rewarded with money if you contribute to society. If you do something that society appreciates, society will reward you with money. The more society appreciates you, the more money you get.

That's the theory... It's not foolproof. Every now and then, people who contribute a lot to society are left without any monetary reward. And some people whose contribution to society is questionable make a lot of money. This is true today and has been true throughout the ages.

There are quite a few successful people out there who con society into thinking that their contribution is valuable. As long as those who were conned don't find out, that doesn't matter too much. All value is perceived and relative anyway.

But in general, the principle holds true. If your product sells well, that means many people want it and want to benefit from it. If your services command a high rate, that means people value your services.

This blog will aim to document a process by which money is made by providing value which society automatically rewards. There won't be any exploits, black-hat tactics, or any other shortcuts. I will show how you can do something useful and become useful to others, and be rewarded by means of money. Llllllots of money.
